Feeling so disappointed

I feel so disappointed sad defeated a lil bit of everything ... idk why is become so difficult for me to get pregnant. Ive been doing everything right. My temps have dropped tremendously so thats why im feeling like again im out this cycle im 8dpo according to the app if i ovulated and i think my temps should have gone back up right the only think that im feeling is that sensation of af a lil but im not due yet. Other then that no cramps nothing just increased appetite and like at 4dpo or so and the days before that i was having nausea. I feel soooo sad idk if to just wait n see what happens or if i should just count myself out again this month :(
