Implantation or weird period?

Okay so today i am supposed to start my period today. I have no pain or anything period related. I have been experiencing pregnancy symptoms. The one i want to focus on is what happened today. I went pee and i had bright pink blood when i wiped. Not a lot just 1-2 tbsp. So i put a pad on. That was it nothing else all day. Just some twinges and cramping and lower back ache. Normally i have brown discharge my 1st 2 days of my period and terrible pain everytime even with meds. I have never experienced this. Has anyone else and it led to a positive test? Please comment!
