Better to test or not?

10/11dpo today and itching to test but I was wondering if people had better experiences with waiting for AF to come and being less disappointed that way vs. a negative test?

Answer

I think waiting was better for my mental health. Instead of seeing negatives and still hoping i could be pregnant then being disappointed again when af showed. I was only disappointed once.
