Just asking for advice

So on glow it says I’m ten days late for my period I’m never usually late sometimes I’m abit early but never usually late I done a pregnancy test and one had what I thought was the faintest line then the next day I done another and didn’t see anything at all. I started what I thought was my period yesterday as I had bright pink blood but it was just when I wiped so I put some pads on and have literally had the tiniest amount maybe like a teaspoon if that of blood and now nothing was that my period or what I’m very confused, just wondering if anyone else has had a similar situation and what came of it?
