You can have 200mgs of caffine a day (thats what is recommended) which would be a 12oz cup of coffee ... but personally iv always drank coffee whiles pregnant and my kids are fine

Yepp, coffee typically isn’t recommended due to increasing yours and the baby’s heart rate but it wouldn’t hurt to treat yourself here and then as long as it isn’t a every day thing
