Hi! Planning on getting off birth control after 5 years. I went from the combo pill (5years) to recently switching to a progesterone only (1 pack of Slynd) and have about a week left in my pack and then I’m stopping. Feel like it’s messed with my body and given me anxiety and other issues. Any advice or supplements to have the best chance of a smooth transition? I know everyone is different but any general advice or stories would be helpful! I started taking some vitamins (B12, B6, D3, magnesium glycinate, etc…) for about 2 months now but if anyone has any wisdom please let me know. (Worried about mental health, weight gain and acne the most) I know to check in with my doctor but just any general advice or tips would be great!
