EMT relationship

I just need someone to ear me out. My fiancé is a 16 hour EMT. His newish partner is a female, and normally I wouldn’t have a problem with it. But this female texts and FaceTimes him when they are not working and nothing work related. I have tried to over look it, but I’m really bothered by it. Sometimes they go on LDT (long distance transfers) and when they do I don’t ever hear from him. They will stop to eat and I never hear anything.. I have his location so that’s how I know they are something eating. He’s never cheated or given me a reason to suspect it, but this whole situation makes me feel so uneasy. He’s not 911, he just patient transfer, so on the way back they don’t have a patient but he still never calls me. Can someone just give me some advice? 🫠
