Nothing entertains her

I don’t know what to do with my 2 yr old anymore nothing entertains her she has so much toys and doesn’t play with them anymore, I try to get her out of the house for a few hours of the day to a park, store, etc but once we get back in she up my butt again she will watch tv and tablet for a little then get bored again. shes a only child , we don't have a yard nor any pets so thats probably why. she was diagnosed with autism but i think she has adhd instead is driving me nuts
