How do you UNblock someone?

I’ve tried googling it and it doesn’t work the way Glow says it does. Muting and blocking aren’t the same and even then I cannot unmute someone I previously have. I just made sure app was up to date as well! Also my notifications will not go away and it’s bugging the heck out of me!

Thank you but it doesn’t work. That’s exactly what Google & Glow said to do but it does nothing. Only gives the option to go through muted accounts and cannot even choose to unmute either.
