Thick white discharge

So I’m currently on my 2nd nexplanon implant I’m due to get it replaced in May and my period is suppose to start in 7 days. I noticed today that I had a clump of thick white discharge it wasn’t sticky or runny just thick. I’ve had white discharge before just never that thick. My last cycle ended Feb 1st and My boyfriend and I have had sex regularly since then without a condom and he always just pulls out but I’m worried about pre cum. I know it’s a slim chance but I’m so worried that my implant is losing its effectiveness and this could be an early pregnancy sign! Some one with nexplanon tell me not to worry and put my mind at ease!!
