Medical Abortion at 4 weeks.

I would really appreciate if you could give me some help with my questions as I can't go to a clinic and check 🥺

I had a medical abortion a few days ago, 1 had the first pill, and then the following 4 pills 24hrs later and started to bleed an hour and half to two hours after those last 4.

The cramping was painful, but bearable. I was 4 weeks pregnant (counting from last period), but 2 weeks from conception. So l was bleeding and passed a few large clots. I was able to handle the pain with a heat pack, and when I woke up the next morning everything seemed fine and the pain was barely there, just very slight cramping.

Yesterday and today, the bleeding I'm experiencing is very light, does that mean I passed the pregnancy?
