I need help!! (Plan b question ) TMI

Back story…. Soo I had “sex” (he was inside me less then 10 seconds and didn’t finished ) on February 5th this was the first time in the last 6 years I’ve had sex, I started my period the 6th ( it was early (day 24) ) it lasted 3-4 days then I had sex on the 12th he didn’t finished inside me but just to make sure I took a plan b on the 13th, been having headaches and felt tired but I’ve just been all over the place lately so I figured it had to do with that, today feb 20th I felt really wet down there and went to the bathroom to find

this, its not light like when you first start your period and as you can tell has a blood clot, can someone please tell me of this is normal with plan b?
