Neck issues…anyone had this and had good results from a chiropractor ? Plz share your experiences

I have been having neck issues for 2 years. Like my neck muscles are so tight they cause tingling in my head sometimes and make me dizzy and have tension. The dr said I have torticollis as well. Has anyone had similar and a chiropractor help?

I would honestly never let a chiropractor touch my neck, maybe my back but what they do to your neck can be dangerous and cause artery dissection

You should be going to a physical therapist and a deep tissue massage therapist. Not the chiropractor.

If you go to a chiropractor go to a wellness one..  one that doesn’t want to see you every week.. (money hungry ones) I learned my lesson when it came to getting over adjusted!
I went to a chiropractor for bad sinuses and headaches he adjusted my neck and I had the craziest drainage in my life n my headaches went away .. it was well worth it though .. i haven’t been since December 22’ but I’m going to go back since I’ve been pregnant bc my body hurt likes hell..

Physical therapy has always helped me far more than a chiropractor. I love the fact that I don’t have to constantly go to PT vs a chiropractor I felt like I was going sooo often. PT helps resolve the issue, maintain at home and IF it gets to where you cannot maintain on your own then you’ll go back!
