Im so confused this cycle

Were currently trying for baby number 5. Last cycle i had a very obvious positive opk spike but we didnt get pregnant. Then this is what im getting this cycle im cramping alot which i got last cycle too im not sure if ive ovulated or what yet..i never had issues like this before with getting pregnant i have had 2 miscarriages in the past. Heres to thinking this was going to be simple
