My mother is an Animal Abuser part 2

 So I took the dog everyone… At first, I didn’t want to from all the extra that was going on discussing keeping it…

Long story short, I need to get the dog a good grooming, me and my daughter cut off so much hair from the dog it was unbelievable…

Well, she needs a proper cut at the pet shop as well as updated shots and my mom is refusing to give me the ownership…

She offered to pick the dog up and get the cut herself and bring him back as if she is renting it to me and I am a 32 year old grown woman who’s not going to deal with any type of crazy tactics either give me the dog or keep the dog…

I don’t have videos but I’m going to look through to see if I can find one of where were able to record my mom pulling a gun out on the dogs on camera but so far we don’t have any luck…

I don’t know what to do as far as ASPCA because they need the chairman proof and I no longer want my kids at this woman’s house…

I was thinking to give the dog to a shelter because I told my mother she had 24 hours to come and get it on the account of she refuses to give me the paperwork and is trying to antagonize me…

She then tries to throw in the towel and just say do whatever you want with it but still not giving me the paperwork so at this point I’m going to do whatever I want and save the messages between me and her for court because at this point

I’m going to give it to a shelter or give it to someone else because I don’t have the funds if she’s not going to give me the paperwork…

I really don’t know what to do at this point but I am from on what I mean, when I say this woman will not get the stock back and she will pay for what she has done to them

If you haven’t read my last post, I mentioned my mom paws comes out on the dogs…

She has also managed to hang the dog by its neck with a leash and in front of my kids, as well as hitting and striking the dog on the head  and kicking it from what my kids told me and starvation.  She has five dogs. Last two of them have died from her negligence.

 I wanted to take care of the dog and keep it, but if I don’t have the paperwork, I’m definitely going to give it to a more established home  and be rid of it, so she could never see the presence of my mom again
