Need some advice or experiences please.

I found out my pregnancy had stopped progessing at 9 weeks when I went for an early scan.

I had a D&C around a week later which was fine with no obvious complications. I had very very light bleeding for 2 days, then nothing for a few days and then a day or 2 of brown discharge before it stopped completely.

Its been almost 2 weeks since the procedure and I've started bleeding again? Its same colour and flow of a period, started off heavy for 2 days and today has lightened up, mild cramps but nothing I feel is too much to manage. Had a few clots but again nothing large or out the ordinary.

Would this still be part of the miscarriage or could it be my period? I feel like its far to early for a period as I know the general time frame is 4+ weeks for a period to return. Could this be anything that was possibly retained coming away? I wasn't informed there was any obvious retained tissues but I know it can still be possible.

Emotionally it just feels a bit tough not knowing if im still miscarrying or not.

Has this happened to anyone else? I just want my body to return to normal. I feel normal in all other aspects.
