Is anybody sleeping ?!

Hi y’all-
Babe turned 4 months last week. She’s still waking up 3 times a night, sometimes 4 and pretty much refuses to nap. I’m lucky to get 1-1.5 hours of naps a day too. I am one tired mama. When did your babes start sleeping longe tonight stretches/ anything you did to help?? (She is currently exclusively breast fed)

Mine is 6m (EBF) and is currently waking every 2 - 3 hours. Weve just gone through a week of him waking every hour which was pretty brutal! Naps have been hit and miss but hes currently on a decent nap schedule and having about 3.5 hours per day split between 3 naps. Honestly dont have any advice other than perseverance, some days will be better than others x

My daughter EBF woke every 2-3hrs around the clock until weaned at 11m old. Then she magically slept 12-13hrs straight a night. 🙃
My son was bottle fed (formula after 5m old). He randomly did longer stretches but for the most part woke every 3-4hrs until 12m (corrected age so 15m birth age). He’s 16m old now and has been sleeping 11-12hrs a night and takes one 2-3hr nap (it took 2m to drop down to 1 nap!). The slumberpod was a game changer for him because he likes the dark. 
Both need their sound machine from day 1. 
The 4m sleep regression is TOUGH.
