Is it common not to have a period for 3 months with endometriosis that also causes vomiting for 16 days straight I’m not experiencing endo pain but I’ve had mild lower abdominal pressure pain and light brown discharge for a hours a fortnight ago but nothing since
Any advice or suggestions what could be going on would be appreciated
