Is this a miscarriage

So for reference I’ve had a miscarriage in June 2023 we’ve been trying every since then and there’s been nothing I’m very healthy nothing wrong it just won’t work today is day 3 of my period still having cramps it came a day late at first it dropped like water and now I have this never experienced it before is this a early miscarriage or regular period ?
