HELP! Advice needed

I’m so confused… some back story.

I had clomid this month saw my gyno day 8 and 13. Follicle 18mm on day 13 and ovulated day 15!

So I know exactly to the point. I only started doing temps after o on 7dpo… massive dip yesterday on 10dpo and I did bbt a couple of times to check! This morning it’s gone sky high 37.21 c and I’ve done it again a few times… it’s never been this high before….?! Do you think it’s worth testing … I tested neg yesterday and day before. This would be my 3rd baby and previously I would have tested positive already .. so I had lost hope this month . bbt same time bbt each day too! After o usually 96.95! Any advise welcome Xx
