Out of the ordinary

I am 37 and was blessed with two children via ivf. My youngest was born May ‘22

I have been on the mini pill since 3 months pp and my husband had a vasectomy August 2023. So 95% sure not pregnant with that and a history of infertility

My last period this week was 3 days fairly light but black mucus like and severe cramping. Like stop you in your tracks take your breath away cramps. No smell.

Has anyone had this and found out they had ovarian cysts? What is the treatment?
