Ways to relax
I’m currently 37 weeks and I’ve been feeling a bit down. My anxiety is at an all time high and I’ve been quite sad. I’ve been going to prenatal massages once a week and I got a facial last week. Any activities or ideas of what I can do or where I can go to relax a bit? Any places around NYC? I’m officially off work and my son goes to school so I finally have time to myself
