4 days postpartum
I am 4 days post partum now and I’ve been breast feeding/pumping but my milk still really hasn’t come in yet. I woke up this morning with very engorged, tender breasts but only a few drops of milk came out when I pumped, so I’m still engorged but no more milk will come out… what does this mean? Is this normal??
