Missed miscarriage ?

Hello, this might be too much info but I wanted to ask has anyone ever had a missed miscarriage? Iv been having light on and off cramps but no bleeding. However This morning I noticed some brownish tissue/discharge after peeing inside the toilet and none when I wiped and when I tried to get it out the toilet to check what it was it was like dissolving so I couldn’t get it out. Still no bleeding so I’m really unsure what to think it was

I’ve had two missed miscarriages in a row. Honestly, I had no indications something was wrong up till I was around 10/11weeks both times and I began to spot it was when I had scans they confirmed both times they stopped growing at 5 weeks and 5days and my body didn’t think there was anything wrong!

Cramping is very normal in early pregnancy, so is brown spotting, it doesn't indicate a MMC. I've been pregnant five times and always have cramping the first trimester. I've had MMC and there were no indicators something was wrong.

I’ve had one in October 23. Had cramping and one fine day I had a lil bit of spotting. Nothing after that. But after two days there was spotting again and shooting pain and I miscarried. In my experience the actual bleeding took a while to start. Wish you all the best. Don’t lose hope.. it’ll all work out in the end.
