implantation or period trying to come?

I had my first period starting back after being diagnosed with PCOS in december, I had a first period February 5th-10th , I had unprotected on the 12th & today I’ve been spotting pink but only around my cervix , it doesn’t come out onto the tissue. I first started spotting on the 1st of March which it came out on tissue but not alot of it and today it’s only around my cervix but its’ more watery now.
