BBT chart makes no sense
My first month temping so far. I know I started late, but I started when it arrived. Figured I would get used to it for next cycle. I take my temp from bed every morning orally before I move or do anything. My results are all over the place. I don’t know if it’s because I sleep with a fan or what. Or because I don’t sleep well? According to LH strips (more than one brand) I got peak on 2/27, but I guess I can’t confirm that. I felt like I may have ovulated but 🤷♀️. I feel like this is all messed up this cycle. How can I improve next cycle? I doubt I ended up getting pregnant this cycle. I should be 3-4dpo, but again I can’t confirm. I had a huge dip today but also woke up kind of cold.
