What do you think of this

I’m returning back to work in a couple of months and we’ve been talking to my in-laws about watching our kids for 1 to 2 hours - during the time I leave for work while my husband gets home, 3 times a week. Today my S-I-L tells her mother, matter of fact, they need to switch days when to watch her kids. She doesn’t even ask. MIL just agrees even though it falls on the day I work!!! And surely because my MIL is taking on all of this, I’m more likely need to drive my kids over to their house, take out car seats, my husband needs to come home first to leave the truck so to get the other car and install the car seats to get the kids home. It’s soooo complicated and useless time wasted instead of being at our house and leaving on time. Of course, she’s not obligated to do this. I guess we need to take the complicated route but my husband said he’ll have a talk with his mom. Are we being unreasonable? I
