cramping and ovulation ?
according to glow and my other app , i’m in my ovulation week and supposed to ovulate today (yes i know not always accurate) sometimes during my ovulation window , i have distinct ovary cramps and discharge.
this time however im cramping like a period with a fuller feeling in my uterus. no discharge really but i do TMI have abit of the poops. is the cramping normal ?
