How to overcome embarrassment?

My boyfriend (father of our little girl), got drunk Saturday night. I was ready to leave the bar due to how drunk he was so we did. He got mad and started calling me a loose pussy bitch, telling me my vagina looks like a roast beef sandwich & that it looks chewed up. I do have bigger labia, but it’s not terrible. I’ve always been insecure about it & him making fun of me has made it way worse to the point I cry about it & feel so embarrassed. He apologized the next day, but I literally can’t get it out of my head & feel so uncomfortable when he looks at me now. How do I overcome the embarrassment?
