Hiii lab question !

Hi ladies! How are you?

So I’m 35, mother of 3 boys. A 4 year old and 3 year old twin boys!

I went to my gym this month for my annual pap, which all came back normal. And mentioned to him we want to try for one more baby! So he had me run all these labs. Today the office called me saying he wants me to come in so he can explain! Naturally now I’m freaking out! Idk how to understand these and was hoping for a little feed back. What do you girls gather from these ?? Also, these were taken I believe on day 8 or 9 of my cycle !
