Ttc is so depressing

Ttc for baby no 2 for 10 months going on 11th month but no positive test yet with baby no 1 got pregnant on second month of trying now struggling to conceive midwife ordered me all blood tests and pelvic ultrasound which all came back normal so she put me on clomid 5mg for 3 months no positive test then she changed to letrizole 2.5mg for 3 months but I was so hopeless that clomid didn’t worked for me also it gave me bad cramps so just wanted to take a break from fertility medicine so now just trying naturally also anyone out there for whom letrizole worked
