Temp spike during AF
I woke up last night feeling like I was roasting and this morning logged a decent temp spike. I’m only on my second cycle tracking bbt but I don’t remember having hot nights after the TWW in the past. Anyone else have spikes during AF? Is this something to be concerned about? I’m 41 TTC, very regular cycles, hormones all tracked well last month.
