pregnant 3 weeks after a miscarriage?

I had a miscarriage 3 weeks ago (I was 6 weeks pregnant, blighted ovum). I did a pregnancy test on Thursday that was negative and today (Saturday) I’m seeing a positive test.
Is this possible?

This happened with me. I had a miscarriage and then like 2-3 weeks later accidentally got pregnant again. She's four now. ☺️

definitely possible but I lost a pregnancy at 6 weeks and had positives for almost 8 weeks after. 
definitely get into your doctors asap!!!

I would say it’s from residue from your miscarriage if you haven’t had a period yet…my 7w miscarriage I had residue for 5 weeks after

Update: I’m not pregnant. I did see my ob and she says I’m not. Kind of sad but thankful to get an answer and for all the responses 🤗
