How to introduce salt to my 1 year old?
My baby is 1 year old now.I added a small pinch of salt to his food yesterday.he harsly ate it..today he did not eat the food..then when i offered snack without salt he ate it...how to introduce salt ? He seems to prefer food without salt ..is this normal?
