Brown/bloody discharge at 14w2d….

I am having cramping all day. I went to the bathroom and noticed some brown discharge with what looked to be a small clot. I called and spoke with a triage nurse. I was told I could go to the ER today (but it is up to me to decide) or wait until tomorrow to be seen in clinic. I’m not sure what to do…
