Chemical in Jan, then nothing :(

Hi everyone!

I had a chemical (or so I thought it was) in early Jan. Apparently I had gotten (unsuccessfully) pregnant without even tracking ovulation. After that I became more aware and started tracking it using urine dip sticks. In January I did the deed twice in ovulation week, including on peak day. In February, I did it in the 2 days leading up to peak ovulation day, and on that day too. My period is due tomorrow so I tested this morning & it couldn’t be more obviously negative. Is it even worth it to test again tomorrow morning? I had heard fertility tends to be higher after a chemical & that many get pregnant in next cycle, but so far that hasn’t proven to be true. Feeling a bit discouraged right now. Has anyone else experienced something similar to this? TIA.
