Please help me understand this

So I was having bad pain during intercourse so I went to my ob and he did a exam and said he was having a hard time finding my cervix and was seeing something that he wasn’t sure what it was so he said I needed a mri it took quite awhile for me to get it since I had to pay out of pocket for it but after the mri this was uploaded to my patient portal and I’m trying to understand what it’s saying and I don’t have my follow up for a couple weeks so can someone explain what it’s saying
