Black beads in discharge

Hey there, I really need some advice or help.

I noticed I had a yeast infection coming on so I used my BV gel that I had sitting in the cupboard. I understand BV gel isn’t for a yeast infection but I’ve used it before when I can sense BV or a yeast infection coming on and it’s been okay.

This morning I woke up and took a shower and noticed I had these black beads in my discharge. The best way to describe them is they looked and felt exactly like chia seeds when wet. They were just as sticky and solid in the middle but jelly like on the outside. They didn’t have any odour but they are definitely super concerning.

I have been having a few problems down there recently such as recurring BV or thrust, irregular periods and one time I got super bad cramps after sex where I thought I was going to have to go to hospital. I also recently bled for almost a month straight.

I have gone to the doctors and gotten an ultra sound scan and they said everything was looking fine. All the STI and STD and pregnancy tests came out clear and eveyrhjnt in terms of vaginal cysts etc was clear so I really don’t know what is wrong. The doctor just said to track my period and if it comes back irregular to see her again.

I saw a reddit post of someone who I think experienced the same thing and she said she went to ER and they said it was a reaction to the boric acid not completely dissolving in her vagina so naturally it pushed it out.

I don’t have any pictures of this as I was in the shower but it was basically a small clump of about 10 chia seed looking things.
