Fever for 4 days only for 1/2 hrs at the same time everyday.. help

My symptoms is a fever, chills/sweats and a headache. With my temp 100-101.5. This literally starts at the same time everyday, about 6pm when I get off.. it’s like clock work. Before then I feel perfectly healthy. The symptoms only last for an hour or two and I’m back feeling fine. I work from home so I have no outside interaction where I can catch something from someone. Has anyone ever had this issue?

Just want to know before I do the online dr, I work 7:45am-7pm so I can’t ever make it to the dr unless scheduled ahead of time. Hopefully they can give me an antibiotic and that kicks whatever it is.
