Cold be a sign of pregnancy

I rarely get sick and I have a cold, chills and throat hurts and my period is suppose to start in 5 days could this be a sign of early pregnancy? My boobs have also been sore and cramping Just curious if this has happened to someone before and ended up pregnant And yes I know it is that time of the year for sickness
