I’m confused

So I had 5 days without bleeding and inbetween had unprotected sex also since then continued having unprotected sex, I’m feeling nauseous and I’m really bloated I’m always tired (which isn’t normal for me) and I’m just really moody I need help as I’ve took tests I had one that came back with two lines one faint then the rest are all negative I’m not sure if I’m just testing too early or what ?
