Ovulation or implantation?!?

Good morning all, I took a digital and easy home ovulation test on March 18th few days ago both test were positive. In this app it says my ovulation day was the 19th and today I have mild cramps lower abdominal, I know after we get a positive ovulation test we should stop testing. But I have PCOS so I’m not sure when I ovulate. I took the digital and strap test today and the digital was negative and the strap show positive. Which one should I trust more? Also is this cramping implantation or ovulation?? Please help lol I don’t understand.
