Wanted share what’s been helping me with PP weight loss

Sorry my pictures aren’t that great. But I wanted to share my couple months progress, and what I’ve been doing!

I’m sick of people always trying to sell me some workout plan, and I don’t have time/money for the gym. I’m also not interested in getting ripped or anything. Just slimming down.

I’m 2 yrs PP. I gained a lot of weight breastfeeding. I’m only 5’2”, so it adds up quick. I weaned my son last July. I thought the weight would drop but I just kept gaining. I decided a couple months ago, to evaluate my diet. I cut my portions back to about 1/2 -2/3rds and cut back on sugar and carbs. Didn’t cut them out. I know what I do when I cut something completely out - I binge on it. So I just cut back. Still eating what I want, even fried foods. Just in moderation. I love coffee but I made some changes and started using dairy free and less Sugar creamers, and this helped with dropping down.

Then I went on YouTube and searched for a simple workout that targets the stomach area. I found this one and decided to try it. I simply couldn’t do the crunches at first, so I replaced that with planking. Just now my core is strong enough to do the crunches, so I’ve started doing them. It only takes 5-10 minutes a day and I’m starting to see results!

I know it’s not a huge difference and I’m no Instagram influencer lol. But I hope this helps someone!
