Anyone that is due in May have started experiencing lightning crotch?

As of today I have started experiencing sharp shooting pains around my groin area. It comes and goes. Even if I sit and or lie down it does not appear to alleviate the pain. It comes on for a few seconds and disappears and occurs quite frequently throughout the day. I have no spotting or whatsoever. I did post my mucus plug two days ago however during yesterday’s visit at the hospital they have assured me that everything is still ok. There is no infection, baby still moving well. Everything is on track and cervix is still 0 cm dilated (closed). I was wondering if any May 2024 mommies are experiencing the same.
