When did you get your positive after implantation?

7 days ago I had a light brown bleed but only when I wiped last 2 days if that,

I’ve tested and it has been negative.

I have irregular periods so I have no idea when I would of ovulated, I’ve been having daytime naps which is very unlike me and feeling nauseas but that’s it, having a few mild cramping mainly on my left side. Are these good signs? I’m feeling very uncertain, and mainly confused, as I don’t usually have a little brown bleed like that EVER. I do have photos of it if needed.
