25Y and never had a relationship. What's wrong with me?

I'm straight and in a female dominated field.

I tried bumble but I get bored easily. It seems the guys I speak to either want a one night stand (even though I say on my profile that's not what I want) or seem they only ask a few questions that lead to nowhere (or I ask questions and they give some short answer that doesn't seem like they are interested).

I only went out on dates with one guy in my life (I didn't feel like we were right for each other).

Before I started to work, I've had crushes on guys from my class at university but didn't know how to tell them/let them know without being awkward (because I always felt that if they didn't feel the same it would be awkward since we saw each other almost every day).

Now that I work, I don't have crushes for a while.

I go to the gym and go out with friends but this doesn't work because we only interact with people within the group.

I recently joined a group of people who want to make new friends in my city but they are all girls.
