Update: missed mc at 6w 2d

Has anyone ever had issues being plus sized and had a hiding baby? I had a transvaginal ultrasound a week ago that showed a 6 week old embryo. Today, I went to a private scan and they did an abdominal and this is the best she could do. Couldn't find a heartbeat or baby. Said i might have a tilted uterus and baby is in the back. But was really pushing down. Ive had scarring from a previous miscarriage and a little apron belly. Anyone with some encouraging words or thoughts?
