Belly Wraps

Help Everyone! I’m due in June and am trying to find some information on belly wraps and binding. I know they’re practiced in many cultures but it’s so hard to find an explanation on how to do it and what wraps to use. (I usually just find ads and don’t know what to trust) can anyone guide me on how to do it and what kind of wrap to use after birth? How long should it be on. Is there a difference between vaginal and c section wrapping? How tight should the bind be? I have so many questions but I would to hear personal and even cultural experience if you’re able to share!
