Low grade fever. Ttc

Good afternoon, hope ur all well. Im ttc and have been taking clomid. Ive done my second round and im on day 24 of my cycle. Normally after ovulation my temperature gets to 37.0 - 37.20 °c this time however ive been 38.0. Im having hot flushes and by breasts hurt on the sides. I took my mums dog out for a walk couple of nights ago and the cold air actually hurt my boobs bad even tho i had a thick coat on. I want to be optimistic that this is a positive sign as my boobs hurt like this last time i was pregnant. I didnt monitor my temperature back then so no idea if it was high back then. Everywhere i read it says that low grade fever isnt normal in pregnancy (even early).. it says period flu (i get period flu but my temperature isnt that high) Normally its 37.20 -37.40 when i get PF. Ive been so tired too im having naps and just feel so sluggish too. Anyone had this before in early pregnancy. Dont want to get my hopes up as been trying for years now. But i cant help but wonder if this is a sign
