7dpo AF like cramping.. is my period already starting?

I had symptoms at 8DPO my first pregnancy at the SOONEST, it was like AF cramps/breast pain, but that was 8DPO. Isn’t 7 a little early for implantation anyway? I’m worried AF is ALREADY starting.

I aways get cramps this early, but it hasn’t been due to pregnancy. I think it’s normal to cramp following ovulation, too, as your hormones balance back out.

If you have no blood this dont even matter cramping is normal whether pregnant or not
